Bright! Blessed! Balanced!

Sharing the gift of yoga with everyone from young to young-at-heart.

Athleticism has always come naturally for Bradie Weeter of Johnston, who started her continuing ed in elementary education and coaching in college as well as leisure sports with a holistic management.  She started her own yoga practice in 1995 after a back injury found her enduring physical therapy.

“I am not naturally flexible, which is another reason why I do yoga. It creates stability, balance and strength. It lends itself to a strong body, connected spirit and balanced soul and body,” she said.

Through additional studies and deepening the knowledge of yoga Bradie came to realize she became a Yogi 30 years ago in 5th grade after her brother passed away.  Yes moving and breathing, but how to treat others and finding time to take care of the self, are still relevant today.

Bradie loves sharing her gift and knowledge with others so even if you can not make it to her actual yoga classes, she is able to bring yoga to you.

What is Yoga with Bradie- ON DEMAND?

Bradie believes yoga is good for everyone and can be done by everybody and every body.   Not everyone can fit a hour long yoga class into their life every day (actually a 20 minute drive to studio, get there in enough time yo visit or shop, do the class, chat after class and either get ready there or drive home to get ready actually takes over 3 hours). Think about that for a moment as it makes sense that she created an subscription-based, on-demand series to bring yoga to you. Live yoga online and easy to follow yoga videos to increase flexibility and strength and bring essential balance to your life.
